With no centralised data infrastructure, every report was a manual effort. Decisions were being made on data that was days or weeks out of date, and there was no single source of truth.
We designed and implemented a lightweight data platform that pulls from all their existing sources, normalises the data, and serves it through an interactive dashboard. The entire stack was built with simplicity and maintainability in mind — no unnecessary complexity.
The team now has real-time visibility into performance metrics across all locations. Report generation that used to take hours now happens automatically overnight.
